To be a Flying Colours teacher you’ll have….

Our Office Assistant plays an integral role in the successful operation of our busy centre working as part of a supportive team where unique differences are accepted, valued, and appreciated. You will be an individual who strives to get things done whilst undertaking reception and administration duties and responsibilities with a focus on providing exceptional customer experience, care and support for our teachers, children, and their families.
The Role…
- Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager, CEO and teachers
- Calendar management
- Liaising with customers and clients via phone and email
- On-boarding assessments and new clients including associated administrative tasks
- Creating and emailing invoices
- Maintenance of client files
- Answering incoming phone calls and social media messages

OUR SERVICES
We offer a range of personalised learning programs in both a small group and individual basis for your child from kindergarten through to year 12 in Maths and English.
We also provide specialised learning sessions for pre-schoolers and special needs therapy.
We assist your child in study and organisational skills. We also conduct intensive holiday reading, writing, spelling and maths programs.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
This individual therapy can also be held at our office during school hours.
