Our children’s therapeutic group programs are facilitated by qualified and experienced counsellors who are passionate about helping children feel supported, understood and confident in being themselves.

We aim to create calm, welcoming and engaging spaces where children feel emotionally safe while building important social and emotional skills alongside their peers.

Michelle facilitates our small-group therapeutic programs in a warm, supportive, and engaging environment where children are encouraged to feel safe, valued and themselves. With over 20 years of experience supporting children and families, Michelle helps young people build confidence, connection, resilience and emotional wellbeing through meaningful group experiences.
